51 awards given away during 6th edition of Business Awards of Macau
The 6th edition of the Business Awards of Macau has rewarded 51 prize in a ceremony held in the Grand Lisboa ballroom
Macau (MNA) – 51 awardees walked away with prizes from the 6th edition of the Business Awards of Macau, which was held in the Grand Lisboa ballroom.
The Chairman of the Business Awards of Macau Paulo Azevedo said, “The impact of the Business Awards has expanded internationally.”
Chosen by 30 independent jury members from various industries, the awardees of the Business of Awards of Macau won from 11 categories, namely, Environmental Performance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Non-Profit Organisation, Innovation, Small and Medium Enterprises, Leading by Example, Young Entrepreneur, Entrepreneur, New Talent, Most Valuable Brand and Grand Merit.
The Gold Award for Environmental Performance was given to Concept H, an organic food concept store, as well as Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16.
Broadway Macau, Grand Lapa Macau, and Stuff Box walked away with Excellence Awards.
The Gold Award for Corporate Social Responsibility went to Shun Tak Holdings (Macau) Ltd., while Excellence Awards were given to Manulife Macau Ltd., Sociedades de Jogos de Macau, S.A (SJM Holdings), Lei Luen Fire Protection and Engineering Co. Ltd and NetCraft Information Technology (Macau) Co. Ltd.
The Gold Award for Non-Profit Organisation was awarded to Macau Breastfeeding Association, while the Excellence Award was granted to Yat On Responsible Gambling Counselling Centre, Smoking Abstention and Good Health Association, the International Ladies Club or Macau and the Borderless Youth Association of Macau.
Macau Pass S.A walked away with a Gold Award for Innovation for MPay.
Excellence Awards in the Innovation category went toward Jet One Motion Group, Creation Technology Service Co. Ltd, 4D Creativity Limited and Singou Technology (Macau) Ltd.
The Most Valuable Brand Award went toward Morpheus, which officially opened its doors in June 2018.
Excellence Awards were rewarded to SG Gaming, Aristocrat, Soda Panda and Classico Moderno.
NetCraft Information Technology (Macau) Co. Ltd walked away with gold for the Small and Medium Enterprise category, while excellence awards were given to OuLaLa Flower, CSI Group, MCI (Macau) Ltd., and Chii Design.
The New Talent Gold Award was given to the founding partner of CA Lawyers, Mr. Jose C. Alvares, while Excellence Awards went towards the Executive Director of MOME, Ms. Man Wong, Ms. Celia Chan who was the Senior Manager of several properties in Cotai Central (Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central and The St. Regis Macao), Store Director of Louis Vuitton Macau Company Ltd, Ms. Athena Wong, Event Manager for MCI (Macau) Ltd., Ms. Cristie Chan and the First Cook of Grand Lapa, Mr. Yu Jiatao, who was the one of the youngest awardees aged 18.
Shun Tak Holdings (Macau) Limited won the Leading by Example Gold Award, while Excellence Awards were given to CSI Group, Leong CHi Man, Pui Ching Middle School Underwater Robotics Team and fashion designer Nuno Lopses de Oliveira.
For Young Entrepreneur, the Gold Award was given to Joanne Lui Hickox, the founder of Cha Bei and also the Head of Portfolio and Lifestyle Creations of Galaxy Entertainment Group.
Excellence Awards were given to Inky Leong, the founder and Executive Direcotr of I.N.K. Fashion Company Limited, Mr. William Si, the Managing Director of Long Prosperity Company Ltd., Ms. Maggie Wong the co-founder and Director of Liege – Belgian Tradition Ltd. and President of Jet One Motion Group, Mr. Lucas Lei.
For the Entrepreneur Award, the Gold Award was given to Chairman and Executive Director of MECOM Power and Construction Limited, Mr. Kuok Lam Sek.
Excellence Awards were given to Mr. Herman Ng and Mr. Man Ho, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director Asia Pioneer Entertainment Holdings Limited, as well as Group Chairman of AES Group, Mr. Robby Kwok, and Managing Director of Seng Pan Limited, Ms. Jessica Tong.
The Gold Award for the Grand Merit Award went to the Catholic Diocese of Macau.
